U.K. - Danger Money (1979)

With Bruford and Holdsworth gone, Jobson and Wetton get a little but self-indulgent. Still, there is some really good stuff here. Rendezvous 6:02 is among Wetton's best ballads, and The Only Thing She Needs is a nice extended mish-mash of prog-rock tricks. Worth having in one's collection.

- Terry Bozzio / drums, percussion
- Eddie Jobson / keyboards, electric violin
- JOHN WETTON / lead vocals, bass

1. Danger money (8:12)
2. Rendez-vous (5:00)
3. The only thing she needs (7:53)
4. Caesar's Palace blues (4:42)
5. Nothing to lose (3:57)
6. Carrying no cross (12:20)

I think UK is an underrated band... even in progressive rock world. But I love it! Well, I like almost every John Wetton's works. So, like they say here in Brazil: "I'm suspect to opine." :-)
